Materials
The basic materials used in the
production of comfort distribution elements are high-quality
aluminum profiles whose surface is made of natural elox.
Products designed for industrial applications are finished
with galvanized plate.
Joining of Plates
and Profiles
Joining of plates and profiles is
mainly done by means of joining achieved through the Eckold plastic deformation
which replaced classical point welding several years ago.
This technology brings savings of energy, and its
introduction eliminated the flue gas pollution generated
during welding.
The above-stated aluminum
profiles made it possible to use the technology of corner
iron pressing during their joining, which substantially
contributed to the reduction of flue gas pollution arising
during welding of aluminum profiles with argon.
Connecting Elements
We use modern connecting parts
such as: self-screwing screws, riveting matrix, tearing
rivets, etc. The application of these parts helps to decrease
production-related power requirements.
Colors
Distribution elements are painted
with RAL powdered fired colors applied by means of a
electrostatic field. The merit of this technology of products
painting is the quality of the applied paint coat, as well as
its resistance against climatic conditions. Using this
technology also helps to minimize chemical air pollution.
