Vortex Anemostats

anemostat vνψivύ s komorou

PRODUCT description:
A vortex anemostat consists of the square or round face panel with integrated hand adjustable guide vanes. The desired direction of the air current can be attained by the guide vanes adjustment. The anemostat set includes either square or round shaped chamber with a round connection socket that can be provided with a regulating flap. The square chamber has its connecting socket oriented sideward while the round chamber has its connecting socket oriented upward. At the chamber bottom side it is a extension piece with a perforated sheet and a device for connecting of the face panel with guide vanes. The inlet chambers are provided with suspension clamps for their connection to the ceiling.

Scope of usage:
Vortex anemostats are designed for air distribution in air-conditioning devises. They can be built in the ceiling soffit as well as suspended in a free space while the ceiling height is between 2,5 and 4 m.
The vortex anemostats design enables to combine the adjustment of guide vanes so that different directions and shapes of the outlet air flow can be attained and the supplied air can be mixed with the air in the air-conditioned area. They can be used for air supply as well as air offtake.

MAINTENANCE:
Keep the vortex anemostats clean. Depending on operational conditions, check the device for the cleanness and the vane adjustment, so that the required air discharge quantity and direction of the air flow would be kept.

Product versions:
The vortex anemostats are produced with square or round face panels. According to the way of their connection to the air duct they can be produced with a square chamber with a side inlet or with a round chamber with an upper inlet. Anemostats of some sizes can be produced with a different number of vanes.

Materials used and finishing
The inlet chambers are made of galvanized steel sheet. The face panels are made of steel sheet coated with stoved powder coating RAL 9003 – white color shade. Other color shades can be agreed. The vanes are made of moulded plastics of back color.
